10:00am – 12:00pm The One Page Strategic Plan™: Identify and develop your unique advantages based on your core values and experience. Articulate your vision and values, and learn how to leverage them for maximum results. Develop a plan to achieve the goals you wish to attain in your practice.

12:00pm – 1:30pm Productivity (Lunch) Workshop: Implement a powerful framework for prioritizing your work. Learn how much time you should be spending on marketing and admin each month. Determine exactly when it’s time to hire another employee (or your first).

1:30pm – 3:00pm The Art & Science of Attracting Great Clients: Apply a proven method to attract the clients you want. Develop a multi-layered marketing plan that will work within your budget. Maximize the effectiveness of your marketing so you don’t waste time or money.

3:00pm – 4:30pm Business Development Success: Learn the best practices for rainmaking, objection handling and closing the deal. Get proven techniques on dealing with people who want free advice or are “tire kickers”. Learn how to get your fee agreement signed quickly.

4:30pm – 6:00pm Self-Commitment and Plan: You need to commit to yourself. No one else can make you successful. Once you commit, you’ll build your plan.
