A Note From Our Founder

My name is Alay Yajnik, and my passion is enabling law firms and attorneys to build their books of business full of great clients.  Lawyers perform life-changing and business-changing work, but it often comes at great personal cost. Many lawyers work too hard for too little and are more stressed than other professionals.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

Law firms can be very profitable, and the owners of those firms can enjoy rich, well-rounded lives. The problem is that lawyers are not taught about business development in law school, yet to be successful they have to be able to attract clients who can afford their fees, value their services, and will listen to their counsel.

Each law firm and attorney is unique, and they require unique solutions.  That’s why the “one size fits all” model of business development doesn’t work for many law firms and attorneys. The best way is to create solutions that work for you.

I’ve been working with law firms and lawyers for many years, and I’ve helped them earn millions of dollars and fill their books with great clients. In each case, I’ve found that a customized approach is the fastest, easiest, and most reliable way for my clients to overcome their business challenges and to achieve their goals.

In addition to my years of experience working with law firms, I have over a decade of business experience in Silicon Valley, along with an M.B.A in Marketing from Santa Clara University. I ran a $100 million service business and built a $5 million service business from the ground up. Along the way, I learned an array of business development and marketing best practices, tools, and techniques so that together we can create the best solutions for your unique business challenges.

I invite you to make use of our free resources and to reach out when you’re ready to take the next step.
